Under the direction of our attentive and certified coaching staff, we seek to improve athletic performance of swimmers of all ages and abilities by integrating a combination of basic instructional training principles with the science of stroke mechanics to give participants the strength and fitness to propel their bodies through the water in more efficient ways.
The workouts will enhance participant’s physical conditioning and technical proficiency leading towards our very own "Next Wave of Champions" competitive age-group swim team. Partnering with small businesses, organizations and parents alike, will ensure the program’s success for many years to come.
