100% refund prior to start of class. No refund after class has started. No student will be allowed to begin class without a full and complete registration. Once a session starts, all missed classes will be rescheduled at a day and time convenient to client. Upon 24hr. notification by client that a class will be missed, management will provide available classes for review and consideration. Client can request a makeup class prior to the make-up date, and any makeup classes you have available expire if you withdraw (and do not get carried over to future sessions). We cannot accommodate makeups for:
Note: Brookland Swim Academy will be closed, as we follow the close policy of Trinity Washington University. And previously scheduled vacation for our instructor(s) closed days will be embedded in the schedule.
